Vern is a tiny cute little male pup from a litter of 11! His mom is a blue heeler and dad is unknown. We all jokingly call this litter the "fruit bat" puppies because they looked just like them when they were a couple weeks old. All the pups are short short short and seem to be staying that way. They are puppies - can't describe them much more than that. Who doesn't love a pup that is going to stay small when full grown?
