Oscar is the cutest little guy with the cutest little curled tail ever. he came into rescue unrecognizable due to his long hair not being maintained. We weren't even sure of his gender under it all! He got cleaned up and felt like a brand new man and he now runs and plays and snuggles and is so happy to have doggy friends and humans to snuggle with. What would make him even happier is to have his very own human and not one he has to share with all the other rescue dogs! Oscar has done very well with house training. He wore a belly band for a few weeks but doesn't now. Seems like there are only accidents when it's raining out. He is very good natured. He has the long hair of a shih tzu and the longer nose of maybe a poodle. your guess is as good as mine but who really cares about breed when one is as cute as he is.
